Another plumbing company had been hired
to replace a water line. Instead of digging up the water
line, they dug up the heater line damaging the floor. At
this point they they wanted to raise the price and break up
the customers ceramic tiles, to get to the water line.
The customer did not allow this to happen. He talked to a
neighbour who had his water line replaced by us 3 months
earlier and was very satisfied that we did the job on time,
on budget and no damage caused to his property.
The customer that was dissatisfied with the original
plumbing company called us and we did a Saturday 8 am
assessment.
We proceeded with the water line replacement job, at a lower
price than quoted by the previous plumbing company. and no
damage to his ceramic flooring.
We did the water line job efficiently, quickly and
accurately and for less money than the other company.
